    The App does not require user registration nor does it collect personal identifying data such as name, address, or telephone number.

However, to send notifications, the App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google LLC, which generates an anonymous device identifier (FCM token) to enable the receipt of messages. This identifier:

  • It does not allow the user to be directly identified.
  • It is managed under the Google Firebase privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

    The legal basis for data processing is:
  • Consent of the interested party (art. 6.1.a GDPR), expressed by voluntarily submitting the registration form.
  • Legitimate interest of the controller in verifying the user’s identity and ensuring the correct use of the App.
  • Fulfillment of a mission of public interest when the content of the communications relates to official notices from the City Council or the Local Police (art. 6.1.e GDPR).
