Purpose of the App:
The main objective of the App is to facilitate direct communication between the public administration (City Council and Local Police) and the public by sending notifications about notices, emergencies, public services, or any other matter of general interest.

Conditions of use:

  • The use of this App is completely voluntary, free of charge and open to the public.
  • It is not necessary to register with personal data to use it.
  • The App does not collect user identification data or track user activity.
  • Notifications are one-way (from the City Council to the citizen) and do not imply any commitment, obligation, or interaction on the part of the user.

Privacy and data protection:

  • No personal information is collected nor is user identification requested.
  • The app does not access contacts, microphone, camera, or any sensitive data on the device.
  • Any technical data that may be collected (such as device model, operating system version, or connection location) is used exclusively for statistical purposes or for technical improvement of the service and is completely anonymized.

Disclaimer:
Safetroop Technologies is not responsible for:

  • Failure to receive notifications due to causes beyond your control (lack of coverage, operating system errors, etc.).
  • Misuse of the App or front office by third parties.
  • Incorrect interpretation of messages by the user.

Intellectual Property:
The content, logos, images, text, and designs included in this App are the property of Safetroop Technologies or are licensed for use. Reproduction in whole or in part without express authorization is prohibited.

Modifications:
Safetrop Technologies reserves the right to modify the content of this legal notice at any time, as well as to make updates or changes to the App without prior notice.

  • Communications are for informational purposes only and do not constitute individualized advice or incident response.
  • The user agrees to use the App diligently, correctly, and lawfully, respecting the established conditions at all times.

Data requested from the user
To register for the App, the following information will be required:

  • Name and surname of the person responsible
  • Name of the business or establishment
  • NIF
  • Municipality
  • Email

Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content, graphics, text, logos, trade names, software, and other elements included in the App are the property of Safetroop Technologies S.L. or are licensed for use, and are protected by current intellectual and industrial property regulations.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or unauthorized use of these elements is prohibited without the express consent of the owner.

Limitation of Liability
Safetroop Technologies S.L. is not responsible for:

  • The availability or correct functioning of the App at all times.
  • Possible service interruptions due to technical reasons or force majeure.
  • Improper or fraudulent use of the App by third parties.
  • The truthfulness or accuracy of the content issued by third parties (City Council or Local Police), acting as independent broadcasters.
