Purpose of the App:<\/strong>
\nThe main objective of the App is to facilitate direct communication between the public administration (City Council and Local Police) and the public by sending notifications about notices, emergencies, public services, or any other matter of general interest.<\/p>\n

Conditions of use:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • The use of this App is completely voluntary, free of charge and open<\/strong> to the public.<\/li>\n
  • It is not necessary to register with personal data to use it.<\/li>\n
  • The App does not collect user identification data<\/strong> or track user activity.<\/li>\n
  • Notifications are one-way<\/strong> (from the City Council to the citizen) and do not imply any commitment, obligation, or interaction on the part of the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Privacy and data protection:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • No personal information is collected nor is user identification requested.<\/li>\n
    • The app does not access contacts, microphone, camera, or any sensitive data on the device.<\/li>\n
    • Any technical data that may be collected (such as device model, operating system version, or connection location) is used exclusively for statistical purposes or for technical improvement of the service and is completely anonymized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Failure to receive notifications due to causes beyond your control (lack of coverage, operating system errors, etc.).<\/li>\n

        • The user agrees to use the App diligently, correctly, and lawfully, respecting the established conditions at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Name of the business or establishment<\/li>\n

            Intellectual and Industrial Property<\/strong>
            \nAll content, graphics, text, logos, trade names, software, and other elements included in the App are the property of Safetroop Technologies S.L. or are licensed for use, and are protected by current intellectual and industrial property regulations.<\/p>\n

            Reproduction, distribution, modification or unauthorized use of these elements is prohibited without the express consent of the owner.<\/p>\n

            Limitation of Liability<\/strong>
            \nSafetroop Technologies S.L. is not responsible for:<\/p>\n

            • The availability or correct functioning of the App at all times.<\/li>\n
            • Possible service interruptions due to technical reasons or force majeure.<\/li>\n
