SPECIFIC TREATMENTS OF THE HORUS SERVICE (PERSONAL EMERGENCY ALERTS)<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4481\" data-end=\"4710\">The <strong data-start=\"4493\" data-end=\"4502\">HORUS <\/strong>service is a specific personal alert functionality designed for emergency situations, aimed at users who voluntarily and consciously activate a distress signal from their mobile device.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4712\" data-end=\"4758\">1. Data specifically processed in HORUS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4760\" data-end=\"4867\">The following data may only be processed when the user manually activates a HORUS alert:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4869\" data-end=\"5156\">\n<li data-start=\"4869\" data-end=\"4954\">\n<p data-start=\"4871\" data-end=\"4954\">Identifying information: name, surname, address, telephone number and email address.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4955\" data-end=\"5001\">\n<p data-start=\"4957\" data-end=\"5001\"><strong data-start=\"4957\" data-end=\"5000\">Real-time geolocation data.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5002\" data-end=\"5097\">\n<p data-start=\"5004\" data-end=\"5097\">Audio and video data captured by the microphone and camera of the user&#8217;s device.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5098\" data-end=\"5156\">\n<p data-start=\"5100\" data-end=\"5156\">Technical data associated with the communication of the alert.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5158\" data-end=\"5341\">The activation of these treatments does not occur automatically in any case, nor by the mere use of the application, but only through an express action of the user.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"5343\" data-end=\"5395\">2. Specific purpose of the processing in HORUS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5397\" data-end=\"5439\">The data will be processed exclusively for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5441\" data-end=\"5787\">\n<li data-start=\"5441\" data-end=\"5506\">\n<p data-start=\"5443\" data-end=\"5506\">Manage the emergency situation reported by the user.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5507\" data-end=\"5647\">\n<p data-start=\"5509\" data-end=\"5647\">Facilitate the intervention of emergency services, security forces, civil protection or other competent bodies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5648\" data-end=\"5728\">\n<p data-start=\"5650\" data-end=\"5728\">To allow the immediate location of the user during a risk situation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5729\" data-end=\"5787\">\n<p data-start=\"5731\" data-end=\"5787\">To guarantee the safety and physical integrity of the user.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"5789\" data-end=\"5834\">3. Legal basis for processing in HORUS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5836\" data-end=\"5903\">The processing of personal data in the HORUS service is based on:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5905\" data-end=\"6311\">\n<li data-start=\"5905\" data-end=\"6029\">\n<p data-start=\"5907\" data-end=\"6029\"><strong data-start=\"5907\" data-end=\"5950\">The user&#8217;s explicit consent<\/strong> (art. 6.1.a GDPR), manifested by consciously activating the alert.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6030\" data-end=\"6132\">\n<p data-start=\"6032\" data-end=\"6132\"><strong data-start=\"6032\" data-end=\"6113\">La protecci\u00f3n de intereses vitales del interesado o de otras personas f\u00edsicas<\/strong> (art. 6.1.d RGPD).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6133\" data-end=\"6311\">\n<p data-start=\"6135\" data-end=\"6311\">Where appropriate, the performance of a <strong data-start=\"6151\" data-end=\"6213\">task carried out in the public interest or the exercise of public<\/strong> powers by the intervening authorities (Art. 6.1.e GDPR).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"6313\" data-end=\"6352\">4. Processing of third-party data<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6354\" data-end=\"6645\">During the activation of a HORUS alert, images or sounds of third parties in the user&#8217;s vicinity may be incidentally captured. This processing will be strictly necessary for managing the emergency and will be limited to that purpose. <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"6647\" data-end=\"6685\">5. HORUS Data Preservation<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6687\" data-end=\"7079\">Data generated during a HORUS alert will be kept only for the time strictly necessary for the management of the emergency and, where applicable, for the legal retention periods applicable to address legal responsibilities or requirements of competent authorities, subsequently being blocked or deleted in accordance with current regulations.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"7081\" data-end=\"7143\">6. Enhanced security measures and impact assessment<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"7145\" data-end=\"7441\">Given the particularly sensitive nature of the data processed in HORUS, SafeTroop has adopted enhanced technical and organizational measures, and has assessed the risks associated with the processing, applying the principles of privacy by design and by default, in accordance with Article 25 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"7443\" data-end=\"7446\">\n<h2 data-start=\"7448\" data-end=\"7489\">VI. DATA RETENTION PERIOD <\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"7491\" data-end=\"7728\">Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, subsequently, for the applicable legal limitation periods, remaining blocked where appropriate.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"7730\" data-end=\"7733\">\n<h2 data-start=\"7735\" data-end=\"7755\">VII. LEVEL OF SECURITY, CONFIDENTIALITY AND BROKENNESSES <\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"9028\" data-end=\"9209\">SafeTroop will apply the appropriate technical and organizational security measures to the risk, committing to report any security breach in accordance with current regulations.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"9211\" data-end=\"9214\">\n<h2 data-start=\"9216\" data-end=\"9265\">XII. VIDEO COMMUNICATIONS AND RECORDINGS (HORUS) <\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"9267\" data-end=\"9510\">The audio and video communications of the HORUS service are carried out by <strong data-start=\"9343\" data-end=\"9378\">Zoom Video Communications, Inc<\/strong>., which acts as the<strong data-start=\"9395\" data-end=\"9424\"> data processor<\/strong>, in accordance with its Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and the guarantees required by the GDPR.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9267\" data-end=\"9510\">International transfers of personal data that may arise from the use of third-party technological platforms, such as Zoom Video Communications, Inc., are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 44 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR), being covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, by the provider&#8217;s adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, guaranteeing at all times a level of protection essentially equivalent to that required in the European Union.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9512\" data-end=\"9689\">SafeTroop remains responsible for the processing of personal data derived from the use of the service, with Zoom limited to the technical provision of the communication service.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"9691\" data-end=\"9694\">\n<h2 data-start=\"9696\" data-end=\"9744\">XIII. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"9746\" data-end=\"9863\">In the event of transfers outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards will be adopted in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"9865\" data-end=\"9868\">\n<h2 data-start=\"9870\" data-end=\"9893\">XIV.
